I was directed to minor injuries by a doctor from 111 who informed me I had a doctors appt. So arrived for the time of the appt or so I thought. I arrived and said I had an appointment for my son and was told to take a seat. After half and hour I asked how long would the doctor be to then be informed I had no appointment and I was in fact waiting for minor injuries?? To which a nurse then appeared and Informed me they wouldn’t be able to do anything for my son and pretty much had wasted my time!

Very friendly staff, made phone call to JR to confirm things. Left with crutches and boot for broken bones

Waiting time was a little long for a child in pain with a broken foot but I understand why
