Every member of staff was wonderful. And I love that everyone helps everyone. Morale may not always be high, but that’s never shown to the patients, and I never heard staff speak ill of each other.

Nothing could be improved, the care from every member of staff was amazing. You’re here to help us get better, not to make us better, and that’s a really important distinction. Thank you for everything.

The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable and gave a follow up plan. Obviously at any minor injuries/ A&E clinic waiting times can be hours but when you enter you are aware of this.

Without increasing the area of the building and staff numbers I don’t think it could be improved. It is an excellent local service
