My wait wasn’t very long despite the unit being busy.
The staff were very helpful and informative.
They gave me information about how to treat my sprained ankle as well as an information sheet.

Was told by the doctor I had indigestion. Later that same evening I was taken by ambulance to hospital and was diagnosed with pancreatitis and have subsequently had my gallbladder removed.

The Nurse (Hayley), was very efficient and friendly, she put me at ease immediately. The service received was also very efficient with no long waits between Triage, x-ray, diagnosis and discharge. Overall it was a good experience, even parking costs were reasonable.
Suggested improvements
The lady on reception could have been a little bit friendlier but I appreciate she may have been busy.

Polite friendly staff who saw the patient immediately.

Don't think anything needs changing although having the x ray dept open a bit longer would have saved a trip to the JR and the 5 hour wait we had there

The service was amazing. Couldn’t fault the nurse who looked after me, I think he name was Louise… but she was very calm and reassuring
