Got seen within the stated wait time, xray'ed and diagnosed, given required medication. Staff friendly and warm, even though clearly working under a lot of pressure.
Suggested improvements
Reduce wait times. This is not a specific criticism of the Witney clinic, more a general comment about current NHS, which I think is under resourced.

My radiographer, nurse and treatment were all excellent. The wait time was expected and not bad and the area was clean and tidy.
Suggested improvements
Send the rude and abrupt receptionist for training on improving her people skills.
