The staff on this visit were very good with my 15 year old
daughter and very supportive of me as a parent going the extra mile to offer me support and make sure i am getting enough support with my daughters condition

I explained I was in extreme pain but administration told me to book with my own GP - it was only through my insistence that I was seen by the practice nurse - the nurse could see my discomfort who consequently arranged for me to see the out of hours GP - he was able to do an initial diagnosis and via prescription lower my pain - the out of hours GP was excellent and his action lowered my pain until I was able to see my own GP on an urgent basis a few days later

Listen, assess and escalate as necessary - bottom line, improve patient care - it was obvious to anyone I could hardly walk - we followed the guidance on the website which is clearly misleading if your going to pick and choose what an individual deems is an emergency

The reception staff were very nice and friendly
The dr who looked after me, Dr Bell, was very kind, caring and thorough. He thought it was in my best interest to go to hospital

Staff are kind upbeat and positive in a clearly upsetting and difficult sitraution when People are feeling unwell . Waiting time was minimal
