The treatment from all staff was wonderful, and both GPs I saw were very helpful and thorough
Suggested improvements
Maybe a bit clearer to others waiting for MIU that it’s separate from the GP out of hours, and some patients waiting for MIU became frustrated that we seemingly went ahead of them

The staff were superb. The people in the waiting room were a little rude watching J moan in pain as he is autistic.
Great hospital and staff

The waiting room is small, but if J had been too distressed they would have found somewhere for him to sit in the quiet (autism)

Waited 5 hours for a 5 year child with burns! Not good enough at all.
