After calling in by phone, I traveled to the hospital and was given first rate treatment by a practice nurse within 30 minutes.

Staff very friendly and took the time to properly understand the situation. Provided good reassurance that nothing more serious to worry about despite what I was experiencing, and that it should resolve within a week or so (which I think it has).
