Personal attention. All staff seemed to have time, saw me at once each day I came in, communicate clearly and patiently, were friendly and empathetic. They put up with my over anxiety! This applies to all doctors, nurses, support staff are student nurse. They left me feeling more secure. Also hospital is much more accessible than going into Oxford and parking was easy.
