Offered a same day appointment on a Saturday with a GP, which was good because I had a v painful ear infection. Waited 40 mins past appointment time but don't think this is much of an issue as it is the only service available and so v busy. However - Dr Okesanya signed but didn't stamp my prescription so unable to get prescription meds and valuable appointment slow wasted. Called back and asked for stamped copy to be faxed over but no call back for almost 2 hours so too late.
