This is my second visit to the EMU ward. I was impressed with the clean bright tidy appearance of the ward. On arrival I was welcomed by the staff using my name, and greeting me with smiles. When I asked any member of staff about the treatment I was receiving they all seemed content to answer. It was the same again today. Bright smiling welcome. Lovely ward. Thank you to the staff and anyone working in the EMU ward.
