I think his name was Dan - the emergency paramedic. Very helpful and reassuring with my anxious 7 year old. Who put him at ease. Was informative and friendly. Thank you!

It would have been good to know that they weren’t doing any more x rays when we got there! But was able to come back first thing in the morning and get an x ray without waiting too long.
