The skill, humour and patience of the nursing staff.

This was my first time in MIU. Maybe I caught Reception on a bad day (it was very busy), however I felt the response when I first presented was a little brusque and not all the injuries I’d mentioned were noted on the first contact sheet. I appreciate the staff have to be very clear about their boundaries and the unpredictable waiting times.
