Care and attention of the staff

Administration of medication, and the knowledge in doing so, needs significant improvement. I have some nursing experience, and on several occasions my medications were given late or forgotten during shift handovers or when staff went on break, and it’s noticeable on occasion there are not enough nurses on the ward. I cannot fault the care of the staff however, I feel more training should be provided and staff administering medication should not be allowed to be interrupted or leave while doing so, and timings should be followed carefully, so medications are not given early or late.
