Staff were excellent and despite the pressure of the volume of patients waiting I always felt they took the time to deal with my injury

I could’ve been seen quicker. That I believe is probably down to adequate funding rather than the running of the unit. However, I had a dislocated finger and if I’d been seen earlier it would’ve been easier and less painful to reconnect
