Reception staff very helpful as was the doctor.
Friendly staff.
Quiet waiting room.
Noisy toilets.
No waiting, appointment on time.
The female doctor Dr Melissa who oversees the allergy patch test could be more patient and take time to explain things without making one feel like they are being a nuisance and snapping longer than one is actually attended to. I do not expect that kind of attitude. Dr Melissa Wilson she just seems to be going through the motions. Unlike Dr Curson, who's clinic not only ran on time but was pleasant and able to answer questions without rushing me out.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and have received an urgent request for a blood test to be done today. I arrived and there is a huge line, so politely asked the ladies taking the bloods if they could make an exception, and see me next, as I have an urgent request, but only have childcare for half an hour, if my request was not urgent then I would return tomorrow the lady rolled her eyes and said everyone has a story and that I had to wait. I appreciate that there is a system in place but I don't think she should be so rude and at 38 weeks pregnant.
Some confusion about location of clinic within the hospital with staff unaware of where patients should be.
I recommended my friends and my family because of the service and good assistance.
