Options available that further treatmetn were clearly explained.
Only possible improvement to be seen closer to my appointment time. However I do understand the restraints on this and am not complaining!

Nothing. After waiting for a 16:30 pm appointment it is now 17:55 and still not seen. I'm disgusted with service.
