Staff very good!
Food could be better?
Most of the nurses were very kind and considerate. They were but some were not. I know they work very hard and long hours, but a smile and a sign that they know you are waiting costs nothing and gives notice that they know you are waiting. The cleanliness was excellent and the people very encouraging. The food was not good but just about edible. On the whole I would give in all over A.
I was apprehensive but was reassured by practitioners/nurses care and expertise.
The procedure was much easier than I expected - I was so pleased.
Such kindness and consideration has been given by all the staff especially Heather.
Staff knew what I needed and dealt with me relatively quickly despite the ward seeming to be very busy.
Junior member of staff looked after refreshments for me during my stay.
Can't think of any particular improvement needed based on this and earlier visits.
1. Knowledgeable staff- medication and test results.
2. Their teamwork- cohesive groups- engaging and productivity.
3. Their awareness all round to attend to differential needs of patients. Non-stop clockwise working days.
4. Pleasing personality with positive communication style.
5. Senior staff consultative leading style.
6. Effective liaison with doctor and understanding their decision for patients care and follow-up.
7. Multi tasking without fuss to keep environment nice and tidy and functional.
8. Good patient and carer need attendance.
9. Clear follow-up instructions and positive assurance with being available if needed.
10. Well integrated coordination between the unit and hospital with its other reporting and communication system.
A very busy day today with stressed staff but staff managed efficiency and effectively.
The friendly and efficient manor which I received care from all the staff.
Nothing.
I was well looked after. Everyone in the ward was very kind to me.
