- I found the staff very helpful.
- There was no detail too small for them to attend to.
- I travel a lot for work, staying in many good hotels and this hospital is also a 5 star service.

Staff were welcoming, polite and efficient. I was asked to be at Plane Tree Centre at 12:00, however I wasn't treated until 4:00 pm it was a very long wait. I was lucky I had a book with me. Once the procedure was completed everyone was caring and very efficient. I was very impressed with all areas of care.
