Very helpful staff, slight confusion as I was offered sedation and had a few minutes anticipating I was going to have a much worse/more painful procedure than expected.

The staff team are very helpful, patient and friendly to me during my admission and while waiting in the discharge area. Pravin, Agitha and Olive the health care support worker all were extremely good and make me feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you for all your care and support.
