Everything. All of the staff were helpful, happy and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. From arrival through to aftercare following my procedure - they were all great. Thank you.

Review of Nightingale Ward - WXH written by a family member

Care was good however for patients who have dementia and cannot speak (as is the case of my granddad) a carer should be allowed to visit outside of visiting hours. I don't mean very late at night or very early but I shouldn't have to wait until 2:30 pm everyday. It is beneficial to the patient to have a familiar face with them.
