This is a fantastic visit and its always a pleasure to have treatment here. The nurses are all very caring and helpful in fact all the staff are.
Nothing to improve on. Everything went smoothly with every procedure explained during. I might try it without radiation- but hopefully that won't be necessary.
Care very good, no complaints.
100 per cent.
Food was very good.
Staff were very good, but sometimes could not understand them.
Television is a waste of money, WiFi don't always work. Otherwise very pleased.

All the staff are caring professional.
I have been under the care of the gastroenterology department at Whipps Cross for over 20 years firstly under Dr Sawyerr and subsequently Dr Watson. My care has been supportive, informative and inclusive and I have no complaints. Over the last 20 years I have been admitted twice for a resection and again I have been treated extremely well.
My reason for writing this is to say what a total waste of NHS resources being currently displayed in the pre clinic communications. I understand the ethos behind reminders but is it necessary to contact me 3 times by text message, 1 call to my home phone and 1 to my mobile during the week before my appointment. If I didn't turn up for my appointments or was constantly late I would understand a reminder but the NHS has precious little money to waste and I think this situation should be reviewed.
