The staff were very caring and patient. Everything was explained in a caring manner. They were courteous, kind and patient. They made the hours go by in a kind, caring and secure environment.

Excellent care throughout my transfusion I cannot fault the service I was given. The staff were fantastic.
Its just a shame when I was treated in A/E my blood was not checked like my daughter insisted then I would not of had to walk around feeling so ill for the last ten days.

Staff really listen.
They care and are attentive to the needs of the patients.
Nothing is too much trouble.
All staff are lovely- doctors, nurses, HCAs, dieticians, volunteers, patient transport.
Waiting for the medication from pharmacy took a long time and could be improved.
