Regular checks.
Compassion and caring nature of all staff.
Generally my whole procedure was very good. Well briefed on my op and risks. Good care by evening staff. Good interview from the main ward staff.. Sometimes felt staff could be a bit more communicative about the resulting procedures, also felt my bowel discussion could have been dealt with sooner.
Staff are very hard working. Top class treatment.
Your staff are amazing specially it will be so unfair to not mention about a nurse called Zurka. A great human being and even greater in her profession, very polite and professional . In terms the ward it could be painted. I would really expect a common lounge like TV area etc. Thank you.
All the staff were helpful and treated me with respect, my treatment for the condition I was being treated for was also done in a professional manner.
The only thing I would request to improve is the waiting time for treatment and also if the treatment for engiography, to take place within Whipps Frost hospital.
Nursing was extremely good. There was failure at times (initially) to take note of the presence of the stomo bag and it's various implications.
A fairly severe bout of inflammation had occurred which requires additional treatment!
You looked after her with care and attention. The was well looked after.
Staff helpful, cheerful.
