The nurse I saw was really friendly, it was a pleasant experience.
The waiting was quite long despite us following a queue in order of arrival, some people who came after me who was there for a similar reason was seen before me handing out numbers when the forms are given out would help.

The receptionist was very helpful and even though I was nervous put me at ease. The nurse Jemba was very friendly and chatty and I felt comforted. I can't think of anything to improve at the moment. The health service provided was very good.
