Waiting time, despite booking an appointment, is appalling. However, staff are polite and efficient (reception), although it would've been appreciated if the longer than usual wait time was advised of prior to the 2 hr +.

The fact it's available and can be helpful is great. However, she did not explain what was happening when doing the swabs and was being rough with my penis tip even though I said it was very sensitive and she left my foreskin down when I said it was swollen which is dangerous to do!
