Any concerns dealt with and mind put at rest.
All main staff called me by name.
Post operation food and drink given as well as leaving you to rest.
Senior staff (doctors, anesthetist) polite, friendly and answered all questions and explained procedures clearly.

The staff were all very caring, easy to talk to. The patient's welfare was their first consideration.
