The cleaner of the bay is mardy and rude to the grannies. He was the only person in Whipps who wasn't lovely. And he leaves the crumbs on the floor.

Staff friendly and professional. Very busy yet will go out of their way to do that little bit extra which means so much to me. Early morning cup of tea, only one example. The ward is very clean and the nurses are always busy keeping it that way. Nurses are prompt with medication and will explain well.

Very relaxed and caring. Staff extremely friendly and kind.
I do not do well with hospitals but the consultant and staff put me very much at ease.
