Attentiveness and reassurance from the staff. Unfortunately my appointment was delayed for approximately 3 hours, which didn't help with me being nervous. However the staff were great at recognising this and kept me calm, explaining each step. Thank you ladies :-)

The staff helped me relax and feel comfortable.
I felt I was in safe hands and there was nothing to worry about. The consultant is always so reassuring just keep up the good standard or care - no improvement needed.

My staff nurse Lawrenta Dakare and Priya sister looked after me so well. They took such good care and is at asset to the ward.
As they saw their patients as patients and not a number. The consultant Mrs Shateen gave me great care too. You have a great team keep it up very proud.
