Comfortable here and nice nurses.
Very good staff.
They all dealt with my son with care and consideration.
I was impressed that they had retrieved his records and knew he had been admitted before.
Improve waiting time too long.
Energy of staff to help, willingly- pace of transfer of care from patieint to patient. It seemed that at one stage my staff nurse Carla was almost everywhere- more willing, trained (NHS) staff needed.
I cannot find fault with the care my partner and I have received. The staff are so helpful and friendly.
I feel very lucky to be having my first baby in this hospital. (Whipps)
Haleema delivered my baby.
Although I do not doubt her 30 years experience and knowledge of her job, she worked with a student midwife Lucy and constantly be littled her throughout the day.
Haleema may be right in her direction to Lucy but she was rude in her mannerisms and it was unprofessional. I don't think she realizes or intends to do this.
But it interfered with her focus on me the patient and undermined Lucy.
I was informed what was happening to me. Very caring members of staff Nicole was very nice and helpful.
Everything I like.
