All the staff were very attentive. The doctor/consultant was thorough in explaining the process and the procedure and I was able to ask questions and voice my concerns and fears.

The consultant was very clear and talked me through the procedures. He was very encouraging.
Only criticism was, I found the trainees crowding round at the beginning a bot overwhelming.
Atherwise I was very happy with my reception and treatment today.
