Yes I would recommend it to all, I was given every attention to my request, there was complete care at all times although there was a few delays, due to the many calls from other patients. I have no hesitation in giving my accords of praise to all staff. here they do a great job with dignity. Thank you.
Staff/service.
Excellent staff, no improvements needed.
The nurses and doctors are really good at looking after me and my needs.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff are fantastic. They work so hard however I feel the ward is understaffed. I often had to wait around 60 mins for pain relief (oramorph) as it needs to be signed out but staff were so busy. The best nurse was Sandra. She asked me how I was feeling, whether I was in pain etc that meant a lot if there were regular staff instead of Bank staff continuity would be better.
I was looked after by the nurses and sister. They checked I was OK on a regular basis. They were all very helpful and polite. The only improvement I could see, these nurses are rushed off their feet, ( a bit more help).
Great nurses and support staff. My son was looked after.
Thank you.
Nurses are all approachable, very friendly.
