Everyone was very helpful. It was just the hour to wait for the appointment which was not so good but we do realize problems can arise.

The way I was treated by doctor and the nurse clinic was running late however the nurse was polite was polite and she did explain professionally about the delay.
She also explained about car parking and rebooking if need be.
