My appointment date was incorrect on the system and unfortunately staff were unaware of this. Luckily I was able to wait until the doctor was consulted and I was able to be slotted onto the end of the clinic. Improvement could be made in terms of department communication and liaising between relevant staff members, so as to ensure a smoother service.

Doctor was able to refer back to notes adequately to make informed decisions about next course of action. Doctor listened to my concerns and made decisions accordingly.
Improvements
It took me an hour to find parking which distressed me immensely. This is obviously something the hospital needs to address.

Everyone here was very welcoming and nice.
People/staff are lovely and speak in a polite and kind manner.
It makes your visit that much more pleasurable.
