On arrival told my appointment had been cancelled.
Quickly reviewed and staff managed to get me an appointment.
Staff kept me updated and eventually saw consultant.
Very happy with staff and helpfulness.

Staff were friendly, understandable and helpful.
Stick to appointment times. I was waiting over a hour and liaise correctly. I should have been discharged last year yet still booked for appointment today 6 months later.
