Good: Initial examination was speedy and sent to labour ward promptly.
To be improved:
1. The midwives took forever to provide pain relief - this was done at their leisure.
2. As a new mother, staff didn't educate me on breastfeeding, nappy changing, I didn't know where anything was.
3. On the day of my discharge - I was given all the necessary information about mulberry ward and what to expect.
Not efficient staff!
I like ANC WXH Karen, Julian is very good.
It was great understanding and cooperation of midwives.
Really appreciate it.
Thanks.
All good for me really thanks.
Timely, a lot of information provided and a lot of support given.
Improvements.
Rooms can be a bit cold at night.
The sister.
In 2014 we had a very traumatic experience with our first child on Mulberry ward. We're very happy to say our concerns and fears were addressed and actioned by Elizabeth and her team.
The experience we had this time was completely different, we felt people went above and beyond to ensure we had positive memories from this birth for this we are extremely grateful.
On 29/12/17 at 15.00 pm, a boy was stab somewhere and he end up at clinic ANC WX, the staff did their best to organise us to the rooms. Karen and Juliana are very good and supportive.
Love the clinic staff. So friendly, waiting is sometimes long but Karen is so kind.
