Very supportive. I was out ANC WXUH when we saw a horrible stabbing 29/12/27 - Friday. Juliana and Karen did their best to move us to the room (9). They help us, we the clients a lot and we were thinking about them as well. What a wonderful team they are. P/S keep it up Juliana and Karen.

The team that looked after me were helpful, considerate sympathetic and so kind.
A lady by the name Camilla was so kind and friendly.
I know for a fact if I don't have the team I did that showed me so much support and care I would of freaked out.
This women Camilla was outstanding on every step of the way.
From the moment I came in to theatre to leaving she is an angel and an asset to Whipps Cross.
Please let her know what she did for me was up and beyond.
I wish the team that helped me all the best.

All the staff especially Lauren were very helpful and attentive. The recovery ward is very clean and modern and the waiting area hospitable being fully stocked with refreshments.
