When given request form for blood test not enough information is given when is pediatric. phlebotomy is clinic running. Phlebotomy staff were very rude as soon as we entered talking with very aggressive manner to sit the child of the lap down, more over second phlebotomist shouted across the room about the dates of pacoliotric with rude irritated manner. Absolutely appalling attitude.
