The follow up system need to be improved I was lost in the system for 3 yrs. I have to keep on coming to the clinic to tell them that some thing is wrong for the 3 yrs - they did not know which Dr I'm under no better for Drs check up, no letter for equipment servicing until I went to my GP who referred me back to the the hospital clinic. This keep up to 6 months in waiting.
