The kindness and care shown by all staff on Sage ward was exceptional, I could not have asked for better. The only improvement I would make is for doctors to listen to patients if they are taking regular medication as they know what they are taking and why i.e some of my meds were given after food when I kept saying I need to take before food. Not the nurses fault s they have to be by what doctors say.
