Staff extremely warm and friendly. I have been kept fully up to speed regarding the procedure and the effects of the drugs. This is the first time on the ward so perhaps I could have been advised on where to make a drink or where the toilet was but I understand staff have been very busy today. Just felt a bit shy to ask and my fellow patient advised me on those two locations.
