I am writing this on behalf of my 86 year old mum in law who unfortunately had a fall at home which resulted in a broken wrist, cuts to her left knee, right fingers and face. The care received by all the staff was excellent, we were kept informed throughout. Ian Adams the A.C.P, Angela the A.A.T nurse and Gemma the physiotherapist treated her respectfully and did their utmost to make her comfortable and informed. It was extremely busy on Christmas Eve and we were there for about 4.5 hours but were continually updated and as she was taken in by ambulance, she was triaged very quickly and was sent for an x-ray within 30-45 mins of arriving at the hospital. Thank you very much for all the help and support. The NHS is superb.
