1. Staff are very professional and caring, with their approach. 2. Some of the nurses need to invest in clear spoken English and not their own language. This has been observed on several occasions. 3.A and E rooms some are quite dirty also the beds one with blood on the bed sheet, covered by blue paper. 4. Service is run down/overstretched.
