Concerted staff effort was great, the nurses tried hard to be caring and reassuring. There are possibly two negatives, firstly we did get conflicting information on treatment one doctor saying one thing then being contradicted by another. Secondly one nurse was very rude when I actually picked up the patient's drug folder believing it was the diary, this did not detract from the standard of care but is an unnecessary issue in an emotional atmosphere Sorry but food was substandard but a less important matter.
