Positive. *Team/staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable as well as provided me with good information about what was going to happen throughout the procedure. Improvement. I was scheduled and arrived at 8.15 am and was told Dr who was booked isn't here so another consultant kindly saw to me at 11 am. Think the schedule of staff could be improved to improve flow of pts and improve.
