The staff were always cheerful and patient and I was pleasantly surprised at the high staff morale that was on display. If they weren't happy in their work they certainly didn't show it. The staff that carried out my procedure led by Dr Tom were also excellent and made the whole experience a pleasant one. The only improvements that I can suggest is that the ward could have mirrors in toilet/washrooms. (Maybe similar to the ones that have in psychiatric units if they are worried about breakages and one of the showers was out of order for a week.)
