Chest clinic. Arrived 11.55 and booked in for 12.00 am 12.25 not called but many water patients were being seen, inquired at reception and found I had not been booked in, receptionists had gone off duty. I then had to wait but had to enquire from nurse who fitted me in. Is the system at fault? or is it the lack of training? There seems to be no communication between reception doctors.
