Having arrived at 9.15 am for a pre-appointment X ray which was taken at radiology with little delay. I booked in at the fracture clinic at 9.50 am and was not seen until 11.30. Nobody seemed to have an answer to our enquries until finally a nurse was able to arrange for me to be seen. The consultation was very satisfactory, the pre-amble was not, the appointment was for 10 am. No explanation or apology was given for this lengthy delay.
