Reception area is too crowded.
No privacy offered at the desk.
The tasks preformed at reception requires a second person.
ie - Having to answer the phone with lengthy queries.
- Whilst patient in attendance for their appt.
- Also there were 10 patients queuing for attendance.
all of the advice can impact and effect either staff performance and patients re efficiency.
