Good: Timely explanations on my condition and every circumstances from experts.
- Reassuring "outlook" on future recovery options.
Bad: Whilst AMU is a very busy unit with plenty of traffic, there seemed to be too much noisy clanging/bangs through the night.

From the cleaner and house keeper to the nurses they are all so caring making sure the very old lady in the next bed got enough to drink and made sure she got fed. Improvements - more camodes.

Positive. 24 hour nursing care excellent. Meals varied in quality but generally good.
Negative. Lack of O.T cover at weekend extended my stay on ward unnecessarily by at least a day.
