Friendly, very efficient staff.Nothing too much trouble. Recognise how difficult the job is and the challenges they face with some peoples behaviour. Need to review level of paperwork + processes.

I could not have asked for better care, the attention, friendliness and kindness of all the staff was fantastic. Any problems I had I found the staff very helpful and approac and very willing to explain and go into detail.
